Staining my antique chairs and reupholstering

 This is after I sanded and stripped off that ugly paint! It took me forever to do this part!!!

 I used a special wood stain that turned out amazing! I am so happy with how the color came out.

 This is the burgundy fabric I am using to cover the back of the chairs.

Misc. Musings

 Love the wingback frame of this bed. Definitely a build project to come!!

 Not crazy about the colors but the coordination is divine.

Late Christmas Inspirational pics

 The funny thing is I went to Michaels and bought a whole bunch of wreaths,ribbons, decorations, etc and only ended up using about half of them! Lesson learned would be that I buy a little at a time so that Im not overwhelmed to put everything up at once and then procrastinate because it seems like such a daunting task! Atleast I'll have new items to decorate for next year with!

 Love this mantel and the wheels on the ottoman. I built a similar mantel earler this year and everytime I look at it I am thinking..."wow, I actually made that!"

 Love the mix of solids for the wrapping paper and the matching white bows.

 If I had a cupboard and lots of china collected I would love to dress it up like this!
